It is made of highly breathable material and uses only water to provide up to 5 hours of coolness making it ideal for keeping them comfortable during transport. \nGently ring the rug, allowing the water to penetrate through the layers to maximise results
\nApply the rug to your horse
\nThe cooling mechanism will start to work immediately, and can last for long periods as required
\nIf in direct sunlight, the top layer will dry out quicker than the underneath layer, just place your hand underneath the rug to check if still cool before soaking again
\nIf the rug needs to be soaked again, remove and repeat as above for optimum results.
\nFor ease the horse can be hosed down with the rug on, however, the cooling mechanism may not last as long
\nAfter use, before storing away, hang the rug to dry
\nWhen required the rug can be machine-washed at 30 degrees.
\nWe recommend removing the large stainless steel fasteners from the front belt before washing, to avoid damage to your machine. Before storing away for long periods, we recommend washing the rugLeave the rug to dry naturally, do not tumble dry
\nOnce dry, store away in the bag until needed again<\/p>\n
