Mattes Short Girth

Short girth made with quilt and detachable or attached sheepskin cover, made with 100% genuine sheepskin. Available in four styles to suit the shape of your horse. Option of Elastic or non-elastic buckle straps which are used at both ends of the girth to secure spring loaded stainless steel buckles. The centre of this girth has 'D' rings fitted for use with a martingale if required. To ensure that the centre of the girth does not twist or curl between the horses elbows, a shaped insert is located in the central pocket. Before washing, the shaped insert should be removed from the pocket and be re-inserted before use. The base girth must be used together with its cover. Separate covers can be purchased. Lots of quilt and wool colours.
