The simple design allows the elastic to expand at the rib cage so your horse can breath freely.
Girth Details:
The Tapestry Comfort Girth has a 6″ sternum pad with non-slip neoprene that helps keep the girth and saddle in place and elastic that breathes with the horse relieving pressure behind the elbows.
Quality stitching details with stainless steel buckles and a D ring for martingale or breastplate attachment.
It is available in black easy care genuine leather and elastic in sizes 24″ to 32″.

Sheepskin cover for the short girth, detachable cover (COVER ONLY) made with leather and 100% genuine sheepskin
Please note that this cover is for use with the Mattes Equestrian, Short Slim Line Base girth only.
To select the correct size detachable cover select the same size in centimetres as your Mattes base girth.

Short girth made with quilt and detachable or attached sheepskin cover, made with 100% genuine sheepskin. Available in four styles to suit the shape of your horse.
Option of Elastic or non-elastic buckle straps which are used at both ends of the girth to secure spring loaded stainless steel buckles.
The centre of this girth has 'D' rings fitted for use with a martingale if required.
To ensure that the centre of the girth does not twist or curl between the horses elbows, a shaped insert is located in the central pocket.
Before washing, the shaped insert should be removed from the pocket and be re-inserted before use.
The base girth must be used together with its cover.
Separate covers can be purchased.
