Elite Equestrian are happy to accept returns and provide a full refund of the item(s) or exchange (return postage is at the customers expense, we recommend that you get proof of postage or use a service with a tracking option).
However the item(s) must be returned within 14 days of you receiving the item(s) (this is not working days) and must be in the original undamaged packaging, with labels still attached, with all accessories, parts and instructions. If the product(s) is returned after 14 days, the item(s) will be returned to yourself without a refund. This is a strict 14 day return policy, and items will not be accepted under any circumstances after this time unless faulty.
There will be no special circumstances that will alter this policy.
If we find the product has not been returned in a fully resaleable condition, or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct 20% of the original selling price. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the product(s) is returned within 14 days of when you received the product(s), you will receive a refund or alternative product(s) within 14 days of us receiving the product(s). Standard postage will be charged for all exchanges of products.
If an item(s) is faulty, you have six months to return the item(s) to us. This is only where an item(s) is found to be faulty, not if it has been damaged. Please contact us prior to returning, as in the case of faulty items we do not always need them returned or can arrange for the item(s) to be returned to the manufacturer.
Elite Equestrian have the right to not offer a full refund should a product be returned used, or damaged. Damaged includes if you have taken it upon yourself to try and repair any fault with an item.
If you wish to exchange an item, we may have to offer a refund of goods, we will contact you immediately in this instance to come to this agreement.
Elite Equestrian will fully refund the price paid for item(s) returned within 14 days of receiving the return item(s) in full original packaging. Postage for orders outside of the UK is non-refundable.
All custom made items are non-transferable unless faulty. If you have any questions regarding these products, we are always happy to help.
At the time of ordering it is believed that you have ordered the correct item, including size, colours etc. If you have a fault with the product, please contact us prior to returning with photos. This applies to all Cavallo Boots, Ego7 boots and Mattes products
Riding hats are also exempt from our 14 day return policy, and we do not accept returns on riding hats.
